This Privacy Policy explains how Eusorone Technologies, Inc. (“Eusorone,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website eusorone.com, the EusoTrip marketplace, the RIOS Regulated Industry Operating System, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account data — name, email, role, organization, phone.
  • Freight data — lanes, loads, carrier details, equipment, rates, tenders, PODs, insurance.
  • Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we receive tokenized references only.
  • Communications — messages to our team, support tickets, form submissions.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage — IP, device type, browser, pages viewed, referrers, timestamps.
  • Cookies & similar — session, preference, analytics cookies. See §6.
  • Location — approximate location derived from IP and, where expressly authorized (e.g., driver apps), precise GPS.

1.3 Information from third parties

  • Rate & market data providers (DAT Trendlines, FreightWaves, FRED, BTS, EIA, CASS, USDA, AAA, GasBuddy).
  • Compliance sources (FMCSA SAFER/L&I, CBP, VUCEM).
  • Authentication providers (if you sign in via SSO).

2. How we use information

  • Operate and improve the Services, including rate blending, triangulation, and compliance workflows.
  • Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and secure the platform.
  • Communicate with you about your account, changes, and relevant product updates.
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax, freight, cross-border, privacy laws).
  • Aggregate and de-identify data to produce market insights. Aggregated insights never identify individuals.

3. Legal bases (GDPR/UK)

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are: contract performance, legitimate interests (product integrity, fraud prevention, analytics), legal obligation, and — where required — consent (e.g., non-essential cookies, marketing).

4. Sharing

  • Service providers under contract (hosting, analytics, payments, email).
  • Counterparties strictly as required to execute a shipment (e.g., sharing lane details between a shipper and the matched carrier).
  • Authorities when legally required.
  • Corporate events (merger, acquisition) with notice.
  • We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Freight records are typically retained for seven (7) years consistent with industry and tax requirements. Logs are retained 12–24 months. You may request deletion subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF), preference cookies (theme, locale), and analytics cookies. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent where required. You can manage cookies in your browser.

7. Security

Industry-standard controls: TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access, least privilege, SOC 2 aligned practices, audit logging, and regular penetration testing. No system is perfectly secure; please report concerns to security@eusorone.com.

8. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries. For transfers subject to GDPR/UK GDPR, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.

9. Your rights

  • Access, correct, delete, port your personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
  • California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information.

10. Children

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We will post material changes to this Policy on this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services.
